If a coupon or deal doesn't have a coupon code how do I redeem it?
Not all coupon codes and deals on the site have a coupon code attached to it. If there is no code simply click on the deal to take advantage of the offer.

How do I redeem coupon codes that I find on the site?
Once you click on the deal, the location where you enter the coupon code varies with each merchant. Some merchants wait until checkout, whereas others have you enter the code earlier. Keep an eye out during the checkout process. If you still can't find it, try contacting the merchant.

How can I make sure that I'm getting the discount or offer?
Sometimes merchants don't tell you that they have applied the deal until the checkout process. It's important to make sure the offer has been applied before you confirm your order.

The coupon or offer doesn't work - What now?
There are a number of reasons why a coupon or offer may not work. The coupon that you are trying to use could have expired between the time we posted it and the time you have used it. The merchant could have changed the terms and conditions of the coupon or decided to end the offer early. We have so many coupons and deals that are constantly changing and being updated, and we encourage merchants to inform us of any problems with links, coupons, or deals.

Is there something I can do if a coupon doesn't work?
If a coupon or deal on the site isn't working please notify us by using the "Report this Deal as..." drop down box on the coupon window. This will allow us to check the deal and update the terms and conditions or remove it from the site.

How do I use the "Compare Prices" tab?
When you Compare Prices you search our database of products to find the lowest price on a specific product. If you are looking for handpicked deals and coupons, use our search engine on the main page.

What is the "Tell a Friend" feature?
If you find a deal or product that you think may interest someone you know, tell them about it by clicking on the Tell a Friend feature. We will ask you for their email address and yours and will send them a message from you that notifies them of the great deal you found!

Why don't some of your links work when I try to visit them?
There are a number of reasons why this may happen. The number one cause is that a third party application is blocking access to our site or one of our partners' sites. If you can't disable that application, then you are probably being blocked another way.

What items do you sell? Can I get a refund? It doesn't fit me, now what do I do?
eDeals.com doesn't actually sell anything to our visitors. We simply scour the web for the best coupons and deals and post them on the site so you can save. If you are having a problem with an item that you purchased for whatever reason, your best bet is to get in touch with the merchant.
